Night-drop envelopes are in the brass mailbox at the first bay door. Put your key in an envelope with your contact information and the vehicle concerns, then place it through the night-drop slot in that door. Make the vehicle and callback details easy to identify.

  • Include your name and current phone number.
  • Identify the vehicle you have left.
  • Describe the work requested or the symptoms you noticed.

Leave a message as well if the arrival is after hours, especially when a tow truck is bringing the vehicle. We need a way to contact you about the next step.

Towed arrivals and overnight stays

Vehicles can be towed to the shop at any time. For an after-hours tow, use the night drop and leave your contact details and a description of the problem. Let us know which vehicle has arrived and whether any repair or inspection has already been attempted.

We accept vehicles that need to stay overnight for larger repairs or later pickup and do not charge storage for those arrangements. Discuss the expected stay and collection plan with us. Leaving the vehicle after hours doesn't itself establish when repairs will be completed.
